Product Standard
This product is produced according to GB/T12706.1-2008 "Rated voltage 35kV copper core, aluminum core plastic insulated power cable" standard, and can also be produced according to the International Electrotechnical Commission recommended standards IEC, British standards, German standards and American standards according to user needs .
Scope of application
This product is suitable for fixed installation in power frequency rated voltage 0.6/1kV distribution network or industrial installation.
Use characteristics
①Power frequency rated voltage U0/U 0.6/1kV.
②The allowable long-term maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 90°C.
③The maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250 ℃ during short circuit (the longest time does not exceed 5S).
*Laying on the ground
④The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃.
⑤The bending radius of the cable is:
Single core cable: 20(D+d)±5%
Three-core cable: 15(D+d)±5%
There is no restriction on cable laying position.
*Laying in the air
①When single-core cables are laid in parallel, the center distance: 185mm2 and below is 2 times the cable diameter; 240mm2 and above is 90mm.
